In a nutshell
For the German branch (approx. 45 FTE) of an Austrian quality provider in the field of technical capital goods & services, which has been established for several years, we are looking for an entrepreneurial leader with a modern understanding of leadership and a strong commercial background.
What is it about?
Our client is an established partner to a key industry segment in the DACH region. As the sole Managing Director, you will lead the growing German business unit both strategically and operationally, reporting to the Management Board and the parent company’s shareholders.
Who are we looking for?
You bring a collaborative, modern leadership mindset, a hands-on attitude, and a passion for further developing structures and processes—combined with high quality standards and a strong customer focus. We are seeking both experienced Managing Directors and candidates from the second management level who are ready to take the next career step. It is also important that you have the ambition to immerse yourself deeply in the technical specifications and differentiators of the products and solutions, and the ability to act confidently as the brand’s representative in Germany across different levels.
